Survation MRP polling on exact demographics (June '24)

Tactical voting

Play your part in history by electing a Labour MP for Runnymede & Weybridge

Due to the boundary changes, the collapse in support for the Conservatives and an upsurge in support for Labour, there is a genuine chance to elect a Labour MP for the first time in Surrey, and Runnymede & Weybridge. Survation, a respected independent pollster, shows Labour currently in the lead based on recent MRP polling (which takes into account exact local demographics). But this will only transpire if residents vote for change, by voting for the party most likely to defeat the Conservatives.

We appreciate that support for Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the Greens overlaps in many areas, with many of us having friends and colleagues in those parties. However, according to at least four independent projectors, the Liberal Democrats and the Greens have no chance of winning here – and we hope residents will lend us their vote for Labour in order to rid the constituency of tired Tory rule that has been taking you for granted again and again. It’s time to send a message to the Conservatives that enough is enough. Runnymede & Weybridge residents deserve better.

The new Runnymede & Weybridge

constituency

The Runnymede & Weybridge constituency is changing and there is a genuine change to elect a Labour MP for the first time. Following the Boundary Commission’s 2023 Review of Parliamentary Constituencies significant changes are being made.

Englefield Green, Virginia Water and Oatlands Park are being moved out, whilst Cobham, Oxshott & Stoke D'Abernon are being moved into the new Runnymede & Weybridge constituency.

Residents in Egham, Hythe, Thorpe, Longcross, Chertsey, Ottershaw, Addlestone, Woodham and New Haw parts of Runnymede, and the Weybridge and St. George's Hill parts of Elmbridge will be staying in the constituency.
